Preparation
Sweet and Sour Meat/ Seafood - Ingredients:
Tungsan Sweet and Sour Sauce --- 100g
Fried Meat/ Seafood (Prawns, Fish) --- 300g
Capsicum (Green, Red, Yellow)(Cut) --- Personal preference
Onion (Cut) --- Personal preference
Cooking Method:
1. Add 1/2 soup spoon of cooking oil, saute onion, capsicum till fragrant.
2. Toss in pre-fried meat/ seafood, mix in Tungsan Sweet and Sour Sauce and stir fry evenly.
3. Off heat when sauce is well coated on meat/ seafood.
Other uses: can be used as a dipping sauce and drizzled sauce on food.
