Preparation

Ayam Buah Keluak - Ingredients
Tungsan Peranakan Buah Keluak Paste 1kg
Fresh Chicken(chopped into medium pieces) 3kg-4kg
Water 1.8L - 2L
Fresh Lemongrass (Smashed) 11 Stalks
Cooking Method: 1. Marinate fresh chicken pieces with paste. Set aside for 30 minutes with lemongrass.
2. Slightly stir fry till fragrance, add in the water and stir evenly.
3. Once boiled, turn down fire and simmer for 45 minutes or till chicken is tender.
4. Ready to be served with rice.
