We do not offer international Shipping at the moment.

We do not currently have a Cash on Delivery option as delivery is outsourced & drivers do not collect cash payment.

Once confirmed, orders cannot be changed or cancelled. However, depending on the circumstances of the amendment / cancellation request, these may be accepted at management’s discretion and on a case-by-case basis. The 10% of administrative fee of the total bill may be impose.

You may call 6257 6897 and let us know your Sales Order Number as well as your preferred date & time of Collection.

Our deliveryman would call or text you if no one answer the door upon delivery. Please ensure that you are contactable and have arranged for someone to receive the parcel. A 10 minutes waiting period will apply. If you are unable to receive your delivery, your order will be returned to Tungsan Food Industries Pte Ltd (No. 56 Senoko Drive, Singapore 758235).

To retrieve your order, you may opt to:

Arrange a third-party delivery service to collect on your behalf. Do provide them with your invoice number.

An order confirmation email will be sent out to you upon payment, together with an invoice of your purchase.

A standard flat rate will be $20 applies for orders below $80. Items will be delivered within 3-5 business days and extra charges will be incurred for every failed delivery trip.

Free delivery services will be provided for purchases of $80.00 & above. Minimum purchase of $100 for free delivery service to Sentosa, Tuas or locations close to CBD & Core Downtown.
